Waiheke Wine Weekend
New Zealand’s ‘Island of Wine’.
Waiheke Island is known as New Zealand’s ‘Island of Wine’.
Home to a dedicated group of award-winning winegrowers who have successfully matched the unique maritime climate and ancient soil structures to the selection of classical grape varieties in order to produce red and white wines with distinctive varietal character. With a total planted area of just 216 hectares divided among 30 growers, wine production is small and top vintages are keenly awaited.
Waiheke Island paradise is home to not only vineyards, but also spectacular scenery, pristine beaches, fun activities, a vibrant art scene and world-class hospitality offerings.
If you’re a wine connoisseur, or merely a connoisseur at consuming wine, this tour is for you. Come have some and a taste of all Waiheke Island has to offer!

We start the day with a lite breakfast which is provided in your room and don’t get underway until 10:30am so theres plenty of time to relax or take a stroll along the gorgeous onetangi Beach.
Our wine exploration kicks off at Stonyridge Vineyard. Sit back, relax and taste some wine. We then move onto Batch Winery for lunch and a few more cheeky glasses of wine. The views from this winery are incredible and the food to die for. I’m sure we’ll enjoy the wine also!
